No, students use their first and last name, and the school's Account Code. If a student does not complete the assessment in the first session, they can use that information to return them to where they left off.
On the every page of the school administration area, at the top, right side of the page, is a dropdown box labeled Adminstrator Language. Selecting a different language will change the preferred language for the entire administration area (not including reports).
Before launching the assessments the administrator will be given a choice of languages.
In the Report Manager page, there is a language dropdown box labeled "Report Language" right above the search area near the top of the page. Selecting a different language will change the preferred language for all reports (ex. If a student has Spanish speaking parents, it might be appropriate to change the report language to Spanish before printing).
A group profile is created in the Report Manager section of the school administration area. Click the checkboxes in the far right column of reports that you would like to include in your group profile (Hint: Use sorting criteria to narrow down the reports and then click "Check All" at the top of the checkbox column to save time). Then scroll to the bottom of the page and type the name of the group in the Option 1 box where it says "Group Profile Name". Click the "Create Group Profile" button to create and open the report.

There are multiple ways to narrow down the list of reports. The first is by clicking on the column headers to reorder the entire list by ascending or descending order according to that field. The second is to use the Quick sorting features at the top of the list to segment according to teacher's name, age and gender. The third way is to click on Advanced Search, where multiple criteria can be selected at once to help narrow down the field more specifically.

In the Report Manager section of the school administration, check off the reports you would like to include in the printing. Then scroll to the bottom of the page and click either View One Page Summaries or View Full Reports under Option 2. This will bring up a printable webpage which includes all the reports that have been checked.

Completion times vary, but on average it takes between 45 minutes and 1 hour.
A group profile is the combined percentage and whole number distribution of the preferences of multiple individuals. Using the criteria of age, classroom teacher, and gender, or random sampling, group reports can be created to show how learning styles preferences are distributed among the group.
